Many apologies to those who have been trying to get a hold of me these past few days. Our Internet blew out on Monday and has been gone since. The company hasn't been much help getting it back, either...

If all goes through, it'll be back tomorrow. Please pray it is. Doing homework research on an iPhone isn't the easiest thing in the world...

Ugh... AT&T STILL hasn't come to fix it when they said they'd be here today, after several annoying and confusing calls. Mom's about to call them again and she said that she's going to tell them that if they aren't here to fix it today, they clearly aren't interested in the customer and we'll switch to Bright House.

And about the library... I'm not sure. I haven't been there in years. But I was thinking the same thing.

Well... Things went horrid during the call. They didn't have the appointment in the system, so they didn't come. As you can imagine, mom was infuriated after hearing this (as was I when she told me) because they promised us they'd be here in addition to making us wait for days (and more than one worker said this). She was so angry she let them know how she felt and hung up on them.

They said they're sending a guy out tomorrow morning... And this time we have a number so it's even more official that they're coming. Not trying to sound whiney - sorry if it's coming off like that, but I'm just saying... After dealing with stuff like this and hearing different things from them with every different call... This sort of thing from a phone/Internet company is just ridiculous.

*sigh* Please pray for tomorrow morning. -_0 And mom wants to contact an authority figure for the company to report the situation so it won't happen again.

Glad to hear that they're gong to send someone out, at least. Praying for everything else.

Those companies are always a pain to deal with... hope everything goes well tomorrow.

Well, I'm really happy that I can finally get through my homework without sitting at my college's computer lab. It's so nice to be able to do research at home again... And have full access to Facebook. Facebook for iPhone doesn't have everything, and it's too much of a pain to log in with Safari.
